Welcome to Sutton Town Netball Club
Sutton Town Netball Club are a very successful non-profit organisation, offering netball at all levels and abilities.
We have over 300 members from tots to seniors and provide match play opportunities for all from friendly match play to national competitions.
We have an ever expanding pool of experienced coaches- ranging from academy coaches to franchise coaches and we provide opportunities for volunteers to attain their qualifications and be mentored by our experienced coaching staff
Sutton Town Netball Club is represented in the West Midlands Senior Regional Division 1 League. The club also have a further 9 senior teams that compete in the senior Birmingham League. from Division 1-13
Sutton Town has a very successful junior club running teams from under 7’s through to under 19’s. We are very proud of our u16 and u14 Performance squads who both reached England National Finals in the 2023 , 2024, 2025 and 2026 seasons.
The Junior club, formed in 2016, is accredited with the silver CAPS award from the governing body England Netball
Our tots programme is designed for children aged 2-6, at the beginning of their team sport journey. Within these sessions we introduce children to netball skills: throwing, catching, footwork and shooting. Our sessions are fun and vibrant and we encourage development both on and off the court. We believe team sports help massively with social and interaction skills and we encourage all children to give it a go regardless of ability or gender. Once a player graduates from our Tots group they move onto our junior section where they have the opportunity to play matches in both leagues and friendlies
Our Junior section compete in the Erdington league, the Birmingham Intermediate League and the West Midlands Regional Development league. We also enter local and national tournaments across the UK.
We have teams for all abilities with our main vision being every player enjoys and develops as an individual and as part of a team.
We are extremely proud of our performance squads who compete in the ENG league and West Midlands Regionals Leagues. Both our U14 and U16 squads qualified for 2026 England Netball National Club finals, our U13 Performance team finishing 1st in the ENG Southern League and our U14 performance team winning their ENG southern league unbeaten. We also celebrated a 3rd place National ENG finish with our U12 Performance Sqaud, 2nd place with our U11 and U10 Squads
In addition to the above squads we also have a senior Regional and u19 Regional team representing the club in the West Midlands
